Shipping time is 3-5 days from USA location. If your locket is a colored stone locket it could take about 14 days to receive your order because we make these lockets upon order. If you are designing your own locket, and we are sourcing out of stock stones, please leave room for additional time. We thank you for your patience, as we craft your locket specifically for you!
⁛ Domestic Orders (in the US) :
All domestic orders are garnished with free standard shipping!
Shipping time usually takes around 3-5 days for all domestic orders.
In order to avoid any rerouting fees, errors, or postal returns, please ensure you provide a valid and detailed shipping address. If you choose to ship to their business address, please verify all information is correct and purchaser’s name is specified.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS.
⁛ International Orders (outside the US)
We ship to all countries. Shipping can take between 2-4 weeks for in-stock and non-customized items, depending on country, customs procedures, and what stock location we are holding your jewelry.
Many countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for payment of these customs fees. These orders will be shipped Fed Ex or DHL. If applicable, customs and broker fees will be the client's responsibility upon delivery. Your customs office should be able to estimate these charges for you.
Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address. If your package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, because you were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, or because you do not pay the customs fee, it will be returned to us automatically. You will then receive a refund for your order LESS the shipping fee, LESS the import/customs fee, and LESS the 10% restocking fee for the item(s) you purchased.
- We will *not* ship to a hotel or to a non-permanent address.
:: Returns ::
We accept free returns within 30 days of purchase with a full refund, if item is returned undamaged and in the condition in which it was sent.

All customized jewelry are final sale. We will not accept returns on any customized piece.
Any jewelry purchased through a payment plan option is final sale.
:: Handle with care::
All fine jewelry should be properly cared for and stored.
Shaker jewelry should not be exposed to hot water, as damage could occur to a component inside the jewelry.
Avoid contact with harsh cleaning chemicals, chemicals in cosmetics, and pools with high chlorine content.
To avoid scratches on metal or glass, store jewelry responsibly. Use jewelry cleaning cloth to remove smudges or fingerprints on glass.
Use a gentle material for jewelry on (the gift box or logo jewelry case is perfect to store the jewelry) or hang gently. Rings should also be stored against a soft backing or in a gentle ring holder. The gift box is also perfect for ring storage !
